● Information about products

The information relating to the "F.C.R. Utensili" Products that are susceptible to distance selling through the Website are available, with the relative product codes, on the Website.

The aforementioned information is provided in accordance with articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.

● Price

The price of the product at the time of purchase is inclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as delivery costs. All prices shown are expressed in Euro (€).

● Order of Products

The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer related to each Product.

For the purchase of the Products, the Customer must complete and send to F.C.R. Tool the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained in the Site. The Customer must put the Product in the appropriate "cart" and after having read the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution for the delivery costs and how to exercise the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy and Policy, must select the desired payment method and choose the "send order" option.

Before submitting your purchase order, the Customer will be able to correct any errors in entering the data by following the appropriate modification procedure contained in the Site. In particular, the Customer has the right to change the quantity of the Products he intends to purchase, adding or deleting one or more Products from the "cart".

By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions.

The Customer will have the opportunity to view and follow the status of his order through the "Orders" area of ​​his account.

F.C.R. Utensili reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. F.C.R. Utensili will inform the Customer of the impossibility of accepting the orders received within 30 days from the day following the one in which the Customer transmitted the order to F.C.R. Tools and will reimburse any sums already paid by the customer for payment of the supply.

● Payment Method

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card using Stripe service , or by bank transfer.

F.C.R. Utensili accept payments effectuate with the following credit cards, with Stripe:

• → MasterCard
• → American Express

The transaction will be charged on the Customer's credit card, only after

a) the credit card details have been verified;
b) authorization to debit the credit card company used by the customer has been received;
c) the availability of the Product by F.C.R. Utensili has been confirmed.

No charge will be made at the time the order is sent, except for the costs involved in ascertaining the validity of the credit card data, which will however be immediately refunded.

F.C.R. Utensili also accepts payments made by Bank Transfer. Any bank charges will be charged to the customer.

In the event that, for any reason, the debit of the amounts owed by the Customer proves impossible, the sales process is automatically canceled and the sale automatically canceled.

● Confirmation of received order 

In compliance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, at the time of execution of the contract, by email, confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer, containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the product ordered, the its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal - with indication of the times and methods for returning the property - of the geographical address to present any complaints and information on assistance services and commercial guarantees existing.

● Ineffectiveness of the order

No contract must be considered concluded between F.C.R. Utensili and the Customer if F.C.R. Utensili has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer does not operate on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in the purchase of the ordered products, or abuses the right of withdrawal recognized in Article 12 below.
In such cases, the order forwarded by the Customer must be understood to be ineffective. F.C.R. Utensili will transmit to the Customer, by e-mail, a communication attesting the non-conclusion of the Contract, also taking care of the cancellation of any charge and / or expense charged to the Customer.

● Defects Compliance

In case of defects compliance, applicable to the Products sold from F.C.R. Utensili, the Client must contact immediately F.C.R. Utensili at the email address: info@fcrutensili.it.

The sale of products (which do not fall within the specified list) applies the legal guarantees from articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code. The Customer is entitled to a refund, free of charges, in accordance with the contract or contract. The customer loses these rights if he does not report to F.C.R. Utensili the lack of conformity within two months from the date on which the defect was discovered. The direct action to assert the defects not dolorously concealed by F.C.R. Utensili are prescribed, in any case, within twenty-six months from the delivery of the goods.

However, the complete absence of errors can not be guaranteed.

F.C.R. Utensili reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

● Applicable law and competent court

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws.

For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these General Conditions the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the Italian territory.
