Warranty processing of the Triton products

To activate the extended 3-year warranty, you must register the product at www.tritontools.com within 30 days of purchase. If you do not wish to register, a warranty period of only 30 days will be applicable

This warranty, as well as the warranty period, runs from the date of purchase to the dealer, as reported on the purchase receipt.

In the event that the product is found to be defective within 30 days from the date of purchase, it must be returned to the point of sale where you purchased it, presenting the receipt and providing details of the defect found.

In the event that the product is found to be faulty after 30 days from the date of purchase, a warranty claim must be submitted.

In order for the claim to be valid, it is necessary to provide the original purchase receipt, indicating the place and date of purchase and the product name, detailed information on the defect to be corrected, the warranty certificate and your name and address.

We do not refund shipping charges. All products must be clean and in conditions that guarantee the safety of the repair. The products must be carefully packaged to prevent damage or injury during transport. We reserve the right to reject unsuitable or unsafe shipments.

Repairs will be performed by Triton Tools or its authorized repairers. The repair or replacement of the product does not extend or renew the warranty period. The tools or parts held by TritonTools in exchange for a replacement become the property of Triton Tools. The repair or replacement of a product under warranty extends the rights of the consumer provided by law, without modifying them.
