Terms of payment
The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card using Stripe service , or by bank transfer.
F.C.R. Utensili accept payments effectuate with the following credit cards:
- → Visa
- → MasterCard
- → American Express
The transaction will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after:
a) the credit card details have been verified
b) the debit authorization has been received by the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer
c) It has been confirmed the availability of the product from F.C.R. Utensili.
No charge will be made at the time the order is sent, except for the costs involved in ascertaining the validity of the credit card data, which will however be immediately refunded.
F.C.R. Utensili also accepts payments made by Klarna. Shopping carts can be paid in installments from a minimum of € 35.00 to a maximum of € 1,000.00
F.C.R. Utensili also accepts payments made by Paypal. You can choose whether to pay the full amount directly or to pay by installments in three times without additional costs, from a minimum of € 30.00 to a maximum of € 2,000.00.
BANK TRANSFER
F.C.R. Utensili also accepts payments made by bank transfer. Any bank charges will be borne by the customer. The processing times become longer due to the verification of payment deadlines at the bank. Unless rare occasions you will be able to ship on the same day of the order. However, please send a picture of the payment slip with WhatsApp (+39 334.7286664).
If, for whatever reason, payment of the amounts due from the customer is not practicable, the sales process is automatically canceled and the sale automatically canceled.
